Admission Policy
In order to be considered for admission, the following requirements must be met:
- All forms are completed and returned.
- Application for admission
- Health Immunization Record
- Child's Medical Report
- Emergency Medical Release Form
- Affidavit on Non-Licensure Status
- Field Trip Permission
- Photo release
- Non-refundable registration fee paid with application - $85.00
- Parents must keep information current in the CDC office.
- The First Baptist Child Development Center reserves the right to accept, decline, dismiss or make exceptions to any student with or without cause at the CDC Director's discretion. Children must meet classroom habit requirements by second week of school.

Full Day Classes Offered 7:00 am - 4:00 pm or 4:45 pm
Payment Policies
- All supplies will be purchased by the CDC to ensure that each child has items needed for use in the classroom.
- Activity fee includes field trip shirt, field trips, Harvest Festival, Christmas Party, Educational presentations, End of Year Party.
- Preschool tuition is an 11-month full payment schedule beginning July 1th.
- Payments are paid one month in advance throughout the school year. Payments received after the due date will be assessed a $30 late fee.
- Extended Day tuition is a 12-month payment schedule due on the first of each month.
- Make checks payable to First Baptist CDC. Returned checks are charged a $30 service fee.
- Place checks in the mailbox outside the CDC office. Do NOT put CASH in the mailbox. Cash payments may be made in the CDC office. Please wait for a credit receipt.
- Families who have difficulty with tuition payments during the year may discuss arrangements with the Director.
- The Director may ask for the removal of your child from the program if your account is more than 30 days delinquent.
- A four-week written notice to the Director is required before withdrawing your child from the program.
